helpful staffrooftop poolconvenient location
the staff was very helpful. syukran greeted us upon arrival. he had a 'can go' attitude (i really liked that). he was always looking for ways to help. syukran provided directions and found us food when everything was closed. the rooftop pool was great. it had many resting facilities. free drinks were available as well. the location is very good. it is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.

I received a room upgrade to the Gabrielle Room. The location is near various restaurants. The rooftop has a swimming pool and city views.
