cute hostess rooftop pool local recommendations complimentary snacks
Kavetha was cute and helpful at check-in. the rooftop infinity pool gave amazing city views. It was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. my room had a list of local food recommendations that i used, and i found some real gems. the minibar and snacks in the room were a nice touch!
there weren't many drawers for storing clothes, making it a bit challenging with two suitcases.

the staff demonstrated genuine care throughout my stay, always greeting me with a smile and checking on my day. kishern made my check-in smooth and pleasant. francis was also especially attentive, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring i had everything i needed.

helpful staff rooftop pool convenient location
the staff was very helpful. syukran greeted us upon arrival. he had a 'can go' attitude (i really liked that). he was always looking for ways to help. syukran provided directions and found us food when everything was closed. the rooftop pool was great. it had many resting facilities. free drinks were available as well. the location is very good. it is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.

I received a room upgrade to the Gabrielle Room. The location is near various restaurants. The rooftop has a swimming pool and city views.
